We are excited to share that the CFOFO – Canadian Federation of Fiji Organizations (CFOFO), along with our partners at South Asian Mental Health Alliance and The 3E Organization – 3 Es Connecting to Engage, Enable and Empower are hosting our second Indo-Fijian Youth Wellness Retreat on May 16-18, 2026 at Glacier Valley Retreat Centre in Squamish, BC!

We are excited to bring back this one-of-its-kind experience for Indo-Fijian youth aged 15-25 years to participate in mental health education, overdose response and naloxone training, cultural safety and wellness workshops and many other fun activities-at no cost!

Registrations are now open with only a limited number of spots available. Deadline to register is Saturday, April 25, 2026.
